Agent Portal - Top Tips for Travel Agents
Since the launch of our new Agent Portal along with our redesigned website, many new features have been implemented to improve your experience. We continuously listen to your feedback, and we appreciate everyone's support. Here are the top tips to know when using the new platform.
Easy, quick, and straightforward. To simplify the booking process and minimize errors, you can now create itineraries using the Guided Mode. With only a few bits of information, the system can automatically calculate dates, making sure your itinerary is precise and concise.
This exciting feature has saved travel agents lots of time and trouble. Being able to present your clients travel options without asking for personal information has simplified the jobs of many, and the process is simple. Once your itinerary is complete, simply select the "Create a Speculative Itinerary" radio dial, under the Passenger Information tab.
Email your clients
We offer great resources to share with your clients, from information flyers to individual country websites and more. Visit our destinations page and explore the informational sites for each country. Another great resource is the product information. From your itinerary page in the Agent Portal, click on the symbol to find more information about hotel amenities, experiences and so on. Once you’ve accessed the page, click the EMAIL button and share it with your clients.
This highly anticipated feature debuted this year and has been a great success. The Group Quote Request is both detailed and straight forward. Just provide all the relevant information and let us do the rest. One of our groups specialists will be in contact with you throughout the entire process.
With every new feature we release, a video tutorial will soon follow, making sure that you, the travel agent, can easily use every tool at your disposal. At the bottom of the page in your Agent Portal, click on the button and start learning.
