DAY 1: ARRIVE ZURICH
Travelers arrive in Zurich and enjoy their first impressions of this elegant lakeside city, where a stunning Old Town meets contemporary Swiss sophistication. In spring, the city bursts into bloom along the lake promenades. Summer brings long sunny days perfect for exploring on foot. Autumn dresses the old town in golden color. DAY 2: ZURICH
The day is free to explore at leisure. Visit the Lindt Home of Chocolate, cruise across Lake Zurich, chase the thunder of the Rhine Falls, or wander the flower-filled streets of Rapperswil. Spring and summer are ideal for lake cruises and outdoor exploring. Autumn and winter offer a more intimate atmosphere — crisp riverside walks, warm café stops, and the Rhine Falls dramatically framed by seasonal mist.
DAY 3: ZURICH
Another free day to discover more of what Zurich has to offer. Travelers can revisit a favorite spot or try something new — the city rewards at every turn. In summer, enjoy outdoor swimming at the iconic Zurich lake bath. Winter travelers can explore the city's world-class museums and galleries in warmth and comfort.
DAY 4: ZURICH
Travelers spend their final Zurich day at leisure, with optional excursions ranging from lakeside cruises to day trips into the surrounding Swiss countryside. Spring wildflowers make the Rapperswil day trip particularly picturesque. Autumn color transforms the vineyard-lined lake shores into something truly special.
DAY 5: ZURICH TO LUCERNE
The train departs for Lucerne, gliding through rolling countryside and past sparkling lakes. The journey is beautiful in every season — spring green valleys, summer shimmer on the lakes, autumn foliage along the hillsides, and snow-dusted peaks in winter painting an unforgettable picture from the window.
DAY 6: LUCERNE
The day is spent at a high elevation, ascending Mount Rigi, the "Queen of the Mountains," or venturing up to the glacial landscapes of Mount Titlis. The journey continues aboard the Lucerne-Interlaken Express, one of Switzerland's most scenic rail routes.
