We are proud to introduce our new web-based documents which you can seamlessly access with your smartphone or tablet. Using this technology, you can access your clients’ itinerary and vital travel information as well as connect with us for immediate support and updates, all on your device. Here's how it works!
Once your clients' travel documents are set up and ready to view, you will be sent a QR code, which you can scan using your smartphone's or device's camera. Once it navigates you to the designated page, you can use the dropdown menu to designate your name and fill in the correct information in each box. Then, you will be able to scroll through day-to-day activities connected to your travelers' itinerary.
Within this home page, you can;
- Click the header title of each service to view its full information
- Select the 'Additional Information' icon to view all confirmation details
- Click the 'Contact' icon to reach Avanti or our trusted partners
- Navigate the menu at the top to jump to each service such as flights, hotels, transfers, tours, tickets, etc
Note that the information will not update if you are offline, so be sure that you are connected to service or Wi-Fi for real-time updates.
