The Avanti Traveler

After growing up in Germany, Mila’s passion for travel came alive during a year-long backpacking tour around Australia and Southeast Asia. Her studies in tourism and took her to the Netherlands and Sweden, where she subsequently worked for an incoming tour operator. Mila then moved across the Atlantic to work for the German National Tourist Board in New York City. In search of a less hectic life, she moved to Portland and joined Avanti as a Product Manager in 2017. Not quite unbiased, Mila has a true passion for Central and Northern Europe and utilizes her expert knowledge of those areas to provide the best product to Avanti travelers.
